1. Data Controller

Eryson Web Services Ltd. (Company No. 13870634), United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal data processed through the ACEVG platform.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: Email address and hashed password when you register.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your card details.

Usage data: Vectorisation job history, timestamps, and pipeline metadata.

Image data: Uploaded raster images are deleted immediately after processing. Output SVGs are stored in your gallery until you delete them.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide the vectorisation service; manage your account and subscription; send transactional emails (verification, password reset, job notifications); and improve our service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use: Stripe for payment processing; SendGrid for transactional emails; AWS for image processing and storage; Vercel for hosting.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Gallery items are retained until you delete them. Uploaded raster images are deleted within minutes of processing. You may request full account deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data; restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing. Contact privacy@acevg.ai to exercise these rights.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Gallery files are stored in encrypted-at-rest S3 buckets. We follow security best practices and regularly review our systems.
