What file formats can I upload?
We accept PNG, JPEG, BMP, TIFF, and WebP images up to 50MB in size.
How does the vectorisation work?
Your image goes through an AI-powered pipeline: neural network upscaling, intelligent colour quantisation, spatial segmentation, and precision tracing to produce clean SVG paths.
How long does vectorisation take?
Typically 30-90 seconds depending on image complexity. The first job of the day may take 2-3 minutes as a GPU instance starts up.
What does a subscription include?
Subscribers get unlimited vectorisations, gallery storage for 1,000 images, priority processing, and full SVG downloads. You can try vectorising an image before subscribing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime from your Account Settings page. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my uploaded images?
Your original raster is only kept during processing and deleted immediately after. The output SVG is stored in your gallery for download.
Is there an API?
Not yet, but we're planning to add API access for Pro users. Stay tuned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for payments, which supports all major credit/debit cards.
