1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ACEVG platform ("Service") operated by Eryson Web Services Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13870634) ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ACEVG provides an AI-powered raster-to-vector image conversion service. Users can upload raster images (PNG, JPEG, BMP, TIFF, WebP) and receive vectorised SVG output.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: upload illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; use automated tools to abuse rate limits; resell access without permission; or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. We claim no ownership over your input or output files. The vectorised output is yours to use as you see fit. Our Service, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Data Handling

Uploaded raster images are deleted immediately after processing. Output SVGs are stored in your gallery until you delete them or your account is terminated. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
